This is Dave and I at the SIMI Winery. What a cool place! It was so neat to see how they make wine now and how they made wine back in the day - early 1900's! The place has so much charm I see why people take vacations only of wine country. I thought to myself "Now working at a place like this, giving tours, would be so much fun!" Maybe Dave and I need to open our own winery!
