Aggravation for 1/2 hour loss of sleep and spilt coffee on shirt and pants: $too much to write +

Try living in CA! To register my car, including tabs, fees, a mandatory smog check, and switching my license, was a total of $500!!!! Now that stunk, let me tell you. Especially on an intern's salary...
